Not sure what the story behind these photos is, but she looks so calm and happy it put a smile on my face too.
Are we endorsing her sense of style here, or questioning it? Interesting to say the least, and a bit out of place here in the midwest.
The best part of the photo, for me, is the smile on her face. She was so excited to tell me that god sent her here to save us all. Her braids were amazing in person, which is why I was drawn to her.
This look is not out of place to me at all. it actually fits the ideal of Midwest eclecticism, drawn from both coasts and many cultures.
